Kristy R. Ellmer

Kristy R. Ellmer is a global authority on transformation. She is a former Chief Transformation Officer and has led numerous organizations around the world—in dozens of industries including energy, media, retail, and banking—through periods of profound change.

As Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group, she leads BCG Transform in North America, and she cofounded the firm’s Behavioral Science Lab. A TED speaker and leader emeritus of BCG’s Global Culture and Change Management topics, she combines her data-driven insight with a deep understanding of human behavior to advise boards and C-suite executives on unlocking resilience, inspiring growth, and turning transformation into lasting outcomes. Philip Jameson

Philip Jameson is a senior expert in organizational change at Boston Consulting Group, where he serves companies undertaking transformation. Philip’s work with BCG has taken him across industries and continents.

He served as Chief of Staff for the Sydney Symphony Orchestra from 2018 to 2019, during a period of transformative change. A classical musician, he is the composer of works for orchestras, string quartets, and choirs. He is passionate about the history of economics and systems for group decision-making and draws on this knowledge to help leaders navigate complexity. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University.
